Who actually runs the demo?+
A senior solutions engineer (not a sales rep). They have walked through 300+ Indian fitness operators across gym chains, sports academies, physio clinics, and yoga studios. They will tailor the demo to your vertical.
Can I bring my CA / accountant?+
Absolutely encouraged. The AskBooks ERP walkthrough — GSTR-1 filing, TDS deduction, bank reconciliation, Tally export — is much more useful with your CA in the room. Just add their email when booking.
What should I have ready?+
Nothing required. Optional but useful: a sample export from your current tool (member CSV from Mindbody / YoActive, Tally backup, etc.). We can run a live import in front of you.
How quickly can I get started after the demo?+
Usually same day. Median migration time is 7 days. We run both your old + new system in parallel for 72 hours before cutover, so there is zero downtime for your members.
Is the demo recorded?+
On request — we record the call to a private link you can share with team members who could not attend. Never used for marketing.
Will I get a hard sales pitch?+
No. We only sell to operators who actually need us. If AskFitness is not the right fit, we will tell you — and often point you somewhere that is.
