How long does onboarding take?
Most businesses are fully live within 7–14 days. Our onboarding team handles data migration, staff training, and configuration. For enterprise and franchise accounts we assign a dedicated implementation specialist for the first 30 days.
Can I migrate data from my current software?
Yes. We have direct importers for all major gym software platforms including Mindbody, Zenoti, Gymmaster, and more. For custom CSV exports from other tools, our team handles the migration at no extra cost.
Do you support multi-location businesses?
Absolutely — multi-location is a first-class feature, not an afterthought. You get a central command dashboard with per-location drill-downs, consolidated billing, staff access controls by location, and franchise royalty reporting.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and NEFT/RTGS for annual enterprise contracts. Billing is in INR for Indian businesses and USD for international accounts. We also support purchase orders for enterprise customers.
