Please read these Terms carefully before using the AskFitness platform. By using our services, you agree to be bound by the terms below.

1Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AskFitness, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services. These Terms apply to all users including businesses and their administrators.
2Description of Services
AskFitness provides a cloud-based fitness business intelligence platform including member management, scheduling, billing, AI analytics, and related services ("Services") as described in your selected plan.
3Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be 18+ and authorized to bind your organization.
4Subscription & Payment
Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are in INR unless otherwise stated. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades at the next billing cycle. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
5Acceptable Use
You agree not to: use the Services for illegal purposes, violate third-party rights, transmit malicious code, attempt to reverse-engineer the platform, resell access without authorization, or use the Services to build a competing product.
6Data & Privacy
You retain ownership of your data. You grant AskFitness a license to process your data solely to provide the Services. We process data per our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
7Intellectual Property
AskFitness retains all rights to the platform, software, and related intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Services without prior written consent.
8Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AskFitness's total liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days notice. We may terminate immediately for material breach. Upon termination, your data is available for export for 30 days, after which it is securely deleted.
10Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
