1Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly (name, email, phone, business details), information about your use of our services (usage data, log data, device info), and information from your members (name, contact details, membership data processed on your behalf as a data processor).
2How We Use Your Information
To provide, maintain and improve our services; to process transactions and send related information; to send promotional communications (you may opt out at any time); to respond to your comments and questions; to monitor and analyze trends and usage.
3Data Processing & Storage
AskFitness acts as a data processor for your member data. Your data is stored on servers in India and Singapore. We retain your data for the duration of your subscription and for 90 days after termination, after which it is securely deleted.
4Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data with service providers who help us operate our platform (under strict data processing agreements), when required by law, and with your explicit consent only.
5Security
We use industry-standard encryption (AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit). We are SOC 2 Type II certified and conduct regular security audits and penetration tests by CERT-In empanelled firms.
6Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, and export your data at any time. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@askfitness.io. We will respond within 30 days of receiving your request.
