Vikrant Pratap, who runs Khel Sports across cricket, badminton, football, athletics, swim and chess, had 47 active WhatsApp groups by August 2025. Every parent wanted updates on their child. Coaches were forwarding the same drill scores three times. Tournament fees came in via Google Pay screenshots. The mess was working — but barely.
