Migrating from another tool

Mindbody, Glofox, YoActive, Your Digital Lift, Tally, or any custom tool — we handle the import.

How long does migration take?+

Median 7 days. Day 1-2: discovery + sandbox import. Day 3-4: parallel run between old + new. Day 5-7: cutover. Day 8: sign-off. Free on every plan, including Starter.

What gets migrated?+

Members + profiles, active memberships + freeze rules, attendance history, PT bookings, payment history, GST invoices, and your accounting ledger. Photos, KYC documents, and biometric templates also transfer.

Is there downtime?+

No. We run both systems in parallel for 72 hours. New transactions go to AskFitness from cutover; old reads still work in your legacy system. Members never see anything change until the new mobile app drops with your branding.

What if I lose data?+

Zero-data-loss guarantee: if we lose any record (member, transaction, class), we credit you 12 months free. Across 300+ migrations, we have not had to pay this out once.

I use a custom tool / spreadsheet — can you still migrate?+

Yes. Send us your CSV exports, screenshots, or even raw spreadsheets. Our migration team has imported from custom Access databases, hand-built Google Sheets, and 18-year-old DOS gym software. If it has data, we can move it.
