How do I get a Verified Business profile?+
Settings → Communications → WhatsApp → Start verification. Submit GSTIN + certificate of incorporation + business address. Meta verification takes 5-10 business days. The green tick boosts open rate dramatically.
How are message templates approved?+
AskFitness ships with 40+ pre-approved templates (booking confirmation, payment reminder, festival greeting, etc.). To add custom templates, use Communications → Templates → New. Approval typically 2-24 hours.
Where is opt-in captured?+
On member sign-up form, on the booking flow, and on any payment page. Each opt-in has a timestamp and the exact phrasing the member agreed to — DPDP-compliant. Visible under Member → Profile → Consent log.
How do festival campaigns work?+
Communications → Campaigns → New from template → pick a festival (Diwali, Holi, Eid, Onam, Pongal, Christmas, NY +33 more). Customise the offer, pick the audience, schedule. Sends on the date, tracks open/click/conversion.
My templates keep getting rejected — why?+
Common rejection reasons: starting with an emoji, using "click here" without context, sounding too promotional. Stick to clear, transactional language. Our support team can pre-review your draft on WhatsApp before submission.
