How do I add a new member?+

Go to Members → New member. Fill name, phone, email and choose a plan. The member gets a WhatsApp + email welcome with login details automatically. Bulk add via CSV from the same screen.

How do membership freezes work?+

Set freeze rules per plan tier in Settings → Plans. Members can self-freeze from the app for up to 30 days/year by default; longer freezes need staff approval. Freeze pauses billing, attendance counters, and renewal date — all reversible.

Can I sell family memberships?+

Yes. Create a family plan, set the maximum members per family (e.g., 4), then add a primary payer + family members. Billing rolls up to the primary payer; each member gets their own login + check-in.

How do corporate memberships work?+

Create a Corporate plan with a B2B GST invoice configured. Bulk-import employees via CSV; each gets a unique check-in code. The corporate sponsor is invoiced monthly with a single GST-compliant tax invoice.

What about biometric check-ins?+

AskFitness supports Essl, eBio, and any ZK-Teco scanner. Plug it in via USB or LAN, run the AskFitness Connector daemon, and the device starts logging check-ins to your tenant. Setup is usually under an hour.

How do I export a member list?+

Members → Export → CSV / Excel. Filters carry over. For DPDP-compliant data subject access requests, use the Compliance → Data Request workflow which generates a signed PDF + CSV bundle for the member.
